During your programme, you’ll be trained by one of our highly qualified and experienced personal trainers.

Each session will be tailored for YOU. Your individual ability, your individual needs and your individual challenges, and your individual RESULTS!

Alongside the training you’ll be provided with your very own nutrition plan – with details on when, and crucially what, you should be eating to compliment your efforts in the gym.

You’ll hear no talk of fad diets here at Oxygen… Our personal training programmes are built with long-term results in mind!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES?

The first stage of your new fitness journey with us is to book you in for a FREE consultation with one of our Personal trainers – based on the outcome of this consultation, we’ll partner you with the Personal Trainer who best matches your goals and ambitions.

This initial consultation allows us to better understand your current fitness ability and health, your past training experiences and to discuss your goals.

During the actual programme itself, your personal training session will last approx. 1 hour. In these sessions, you’ll be pushed and encouraged by your trainer to work harder than you may be used to. We want to push you out of your comfort zone – by doing so we can achieve those results sooner! But never will you be asked to do something you are not comfortable with. All exercises are demonstrated by your trainer – we place a big emphasis on training smart, and training safely!
