Michelle - Oxygen Strength and Fitness





Michelle is the second half of the Oxygen Team who loves introducing women to their strength!  Using a variety of methods to encourage and motivate her clients to achieve their goals, a bespoke plan is created working to the client’s ability, any injuries, desires, enjoyment, past experience while educating them in strength training practices and nutrition suitable for their goals.  Michelle specialises in weight loss, Pre and Post Natal, female strength training.

Michelle has competed in both Bodybuilding and Powerlifting and placed 2nd and 4th place in Figure and Physique categories in British Finals.
